I noticed that WLLoginproxy.exe is automatically started when you install the latest version of live messenger.
But I cannot seem to find it's starting point in the registry.

Any ideas anyone?

I do not have IE7 or Live Messenger 8, but I found this on some page, see if it is what you are looking for:

find the physical location through regedit which was C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live\WLLoginProxy.exe
then I found it here when it loads up with IE7: LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Low RightsElevationPolicy
